Once a member's current term is marked Exited with an exit date, use "Create New Term" on the bottom of their profile to roll them into their next term in the same program year, it carries their whole profile forward and keeps their same login and password, so there's no new account to set up. Just fill in the new term's start date, end date, and status afterward.

We've redesigned the login experience from the ground up: cleaner program cards, a smarter year selector, and full mobile support so you can sign in comfortably from any device.

Logging in from your phone now takes you straight to a to the timesheet page, as well as some mobile compatibility enhancements.

Programs can now upload and manage their own logo directly — no more waiting on staff to place a file for you.
