Export Your PERs to Excel or PDF
The Periodic Expense Report page has a new PER Export tab. Choose Excel or PDF, choose whether to Use Only Approved PERs, check the periods you want, and click Export Selected. You get one file per program, with each period on its own sheet (Excel) or its own section (PDF), laid out just like the PER page, including calculated fields, subtotals and the Submitted By / Approved By lines. Exports are created in the background, usually within 10 minutes; you can leave the page and come back, and your file will be waiting under Your Requests for 30 days. State staff can pick any program, or use Export All Programs and PERs to get a .zip with one file per program.

Member Document Export: Organize Your Zip by Member
When you request a member document export, you can now choose how the zip file is organized: a folder for each document type, then member (the current layout and still the default), or a folder for each member with all of their documents. In the by-member layout each folder is named "Last First - ID" and each file name starts with its document type. Look for "Zip file folder structure" on the New Request tab; it works the same for staff, and directors, and the request's Details popup shows which layout it used.

Separate Rounding for the Budget and the PER
Financial Setup now has separate rounding settings for the Budget and the PER (Budget Expenses), so you can round your budget to whole dollars while still reporting expenditures to the cent, or the other way around. Each can be set to Round to Nearest Cent, Round to Nearest Dollar by dropping cents ($1.90 becomes $1.00), or Round to Nearest Dollar with standard rounding ($1.90 becomes $2.00). Your current rounding still applies to both until you change either one in the Rounding section of Financial Setup.

Did You Know: Create New Term for Returning Members
Once a member's current term is marked Exited with an exit date, use "Create New Term" on the bottom of their profile to roll them into their next term in the same program year, it carries their whole profile forward and keeps their same login and password, so there's no new account to set up. Just fill in the new term's start date, end date, and status afterward.
