3rd Quarterly Report Due 5/15/2014
Just a friendly reminder:
The 3rd Quarterly AmeriCorps report is due 5/15/2014. . It should cover the period of February 2014 to April 2014. It is comprised of 3 parts:

1. Google Doc form - The completion of this form summarizes the statistics you’ve collected for the third quarter of the program year. Please be sure not to re-report students or volunteers reported for Quarter 1 or 2 in the sections label “NEW.” Also, for many of you, this will be the quarter in which you report the final rubrics for school year programs. Please be sure to do so! The link to this form is here:

You will receive an email confirmation of you entries. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please try again.
2. Student and Volunteer Rosters (attached)- Be sure to use the May worksheet for your volunteers. Email a copy of completed rosters to jwelton@smilesamericorps.org
3. Great Story and Pics - Submit Great Story and 1-2 photographs of YOU in service on OnCorps.
