Welcome to OnCorps Reports. OnCorps Reports is an online system for AmeriCorps Commission Staff, Program Directors, Site Supervisors, and Members that allows them to manage program data quickly and easily through specialized reports.
2017-2018 Due Dates
Expense Reports:
- Due the 15th of every month (Complete in OnCorps)
- The final PER is due 30 days after the completion of your grant
Closeout Forms:
- Due 30 days after the completion of your grant
Progress Reports:
Reporting on performance measures ONLY due (Complete in OnCorps):
- Qt 1: December 15, 2017 for start of grant through 11/30/17 (state report form also)
- Qt 2: April 15, 2018 for 12/1/17 - 3/31/18
- Qt 3: July 15, 2018 for 4/1/18 - 6/30/18 (state report form also)
Final progress report due:
October 1, 2018 for complete progress report (Complete in OnCorps)
Programs are responsible for collecting/maintaining data throughout the year in order to complete year-end cumulative report. Cumulative report includes: demographics, performance measure outcomes, analysis of impact, impact snapshots, and member experience.
In addition to the progress reports, a mid-year State Report is due on December 15, 2017 and a year-end State Report is due on July 15, 2018 and must be submitted in the required format. This report will include progress on your performance measures. Both the mid-year and end-year templates are located in your Google Drive.
