Welcome to OnCorps Reports. OnCorps Reports is an online system for AmeriCorps Commission Staff, Program Directors, Site Supervisors, and Members that allows them to manage program data quickly and easily through specialized reports.

2019-2020 Due Dates
Expense Reports:
- Due the 15th of every month (Complete in OnCorps for Cost Reimbursement or Excel for Fixed)
- The final PER is due 30 days after the completion of your grant

Closeout Forms:
- Due November 2020 (exact date TBD)

Progress Reports:
- Due January 15, 2020: Mid-year state report for start of grant through 12/31/19. Template in your Google Drive.

- Due July 15, 2020: Mid-year progress report on performance measures ONLY for start of grant through 6/30/20 to be completed in OnCorps and year-end state report, template in your Google Drive.

- Due November 2020 (exact date TBD): End-of-Year progress report for 7/1/20 through the end of your grant. Programs are responsible for collecting/maintaining data throughout the year in order to complete end-of-year cumulative report. Cumulative report includes: demographics, performance measure outcomes (which will roll up) and how your program uses data to make program improvements.

In addition to the progress reports, a mid-year state report is due on January 15, 2020 and a year-end State Report is due on July 15, 2020. These must be submitted in the required format. This report will include progress on your performance measures. The state report templates are located in your Google Drive.
